After you make your vendor purchase, download a free vendor flyer. Add your logo to it and promote it. 


Event Date:   2/16 - 2/20

Deadline for Vendor Setup: All Vendors must be fully set up and ready to go prior to 6pm! All issues should be directed to your Vendor Service Lead.

Vendor Space Details: Each Vendor Space will be numbered and assigned in the near future. Each space is an 8x8 section in which you can setup your merchandise for sale. Be advised that this Market Shop will be continuously secured during the BSM event. This will allow you to keep your sections up for the next days business. Each Vendor will be allowed up to 2 assistants on site as helpers during Shop hours.

The Vendor Committee has developed this list of general things you should bring for your Vendor setup. Please ensure that you have everything you need for a successful Vending experience.

Vendor supply checklist:
 1.) Tables: Each Vendor will be provided a six (6) foot table. bring a table cloth and marketing banners. 
Chairs: Each Vendor will be provided with two (2) foldup chairs for their team during shop hours. Please speak to the Vendor Lead for any chairs that may be available.   

3.) Power: Each Vendor may bring a generator. Power will be limited. Please have extension cords to power up Fans, lights or any other devices they may need duri.
Please go over your packing lists to ensure you are covered. We hope you all will be very
successful during Black Smoke Miami 2023. We look forward to seeing you soon.
